Rolf Zehetbauer (born February 13, 1929) is a German production designer and art decorator who served as both the production designer and set decorator for The NeverEnding Story and the production designer for The NeverEnding Story III: Escape from Fantasia.

Trivia[edit | edit source]

  • Zehetbauer and location unit production manager Harold Lee Tichenor scouted the Hotel Europe in Vancouver, British Columbia, and decided to use it as K. Koreander's Antique Bookstore for the first two films; this was one of the main reasons they decided to use Vancouver as a filming location.
